run-down exterior faulty door

the room was clean and tidy, a welcome sight after a long journey.

The exterior looked a bit run-down. It really could use some work (or maybe a bulldozer). also, my bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. Privacy wasn't exactly guaranteed, which wasn't ideal.

easy location friendly manager clean room

The location was easy to access near town! the hotel manager moved my room. It was now on a lower floor since i'm partially disabled. he noticed my sticks and sorted everything. the room had all i needed and was clean.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. I couldn't find a kitchen .

soft bed confusing navigation

The bed was not comfortable. It felt too soft and did not provide enough support, and it made it difficult to sleep. I left much earlier than planned. I also struggled to find the entrance to the car park. Road work made navigation confusing.

Fantastic Room and Great Location!

I enjoyed a large, comfortable bed. The room itself was very spacious (it was great!). I also appreciated that my room was private and quiet, it helped me relax after a long day. Everything was really clean. I had no issues at all .

The room had netflix and several apps available! free wi-fi was useful! the bed was super comfy. I slept soundly. the tv was a very good size.

useful fridge refurbished bathroom helpful manager

the room had a fridge and a microwave which i found useful the bathroom looked recently refurbished it looked good. the manager was friendly and helpful the staff assisted with a slightly earlier check in to accommodate my schedule attending a wedding.
